1. General Provisions
Welcome to the QiChuangDao platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the QiChuangDao Platform regarding your use of the Platform's services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using the Platform.
By clicking to confirm on the webpage or otherwise choosing to accept this Agreement, you represent that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not register or use the Platform.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering, and promptly update such information when it changes. You shall bear all consequences arising from inaccurate, false, or incomplete information you provide.
2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and password. You shall bear sole responsibility for any account security issues caused by your own actions. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerability, please notify us immediately.
2.3 Users under the age of 14 must register and use the Platform under the guidance of a guardian. Guardians should fully understand the content of this Agreement and are responsible for the Platform use of minors in their care.
3. Service Content and Usage Standards
3.1 The Platform provides AI literacy education courses, Project-Based Learning (PBL) content, AI interactive assistants, creative works publishing and showcase, and other services. The specific service content is subject to what the Platform actually provides.
3.2 When using the Platform's services, you must comply with the following standards:
- Comply with the laws, regulations, and relevant policies of the People's Republic of China
- Do not use the Platform to engage in illegal or non-compliant activities
- Do not publish information containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or similar content
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform
- Do not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights
- Do not use AI features to generate content that violates laws, regulations, or public morality
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, interface design, layout, and data, is protected by the copyright laws of the People's Republic of China and international copyright treaties.
4.2 The intellectual property rights of original works you create and publish on the Platform belong to you. However, you agree to grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display, recommend, and disseminate such works within the Platform.
4.3 When using AI tools to assist in your creative work, you must ensure the originality of the final work and must not directly present AI-generated content as entirely original work for competitions or commercial purposes.
5. Paid Services
5.1 Some services or content on the Platform may require payment. Prior to payment, we will clearly inform you of the applicable fees and payment methods.
5.2 After purchasing a paid service, if you encounter quality issues, you may contact customer service within 7 business days of purchase to request a refund. Virtual goods are non-refundable once used.
5.3 The Platform reserves the right to adjust service pricing, but this will not affect services you have already purchased prior to any price adjustment.
6. Special Terms for AI Services
6.1 The AI interactive features provided by the Platform are intended solely for educational and learning assistance purposes. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice.
6.2 AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no guarantee as to the absolute accuracy of AI outputs. Please exercise your own judgment when using such content.
6.3 To protect minor users, AI services include built-in content safety review mechanisms. We will continuously optimize our safety policies to provide a better user experience.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or data losses caused by force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system upgrades, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond the Platform's control, but will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on you.
7.2 The Platform assumes no responsibility for the content, security, or availability of any third-party links.
8. Amendment and Termination of Agreement
8.1 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement as needed. After any revision, we will notify you via Platform announcements or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
8.2 If you violate any term of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services provided to you, and to pursue applicable legal liability.
8.3 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deactivating your account. Upon deactivation, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period, except as otherwise required by law or regulation.
9. Dispute Resolution
The formation, execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of the Platform's operator.
