QiChuangDao (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") respects and protects the intellectual property rights of all users and content creators. This Notice explains the copyright ownership and usage rules for various types of content on the Platform. Please read it carefully before using the Platform.
1. Copyright of Platform-Owned Content
The copyright of the following content on the Platform belongs to the operator of QiChuangDao and is protected by the copyright laws of the People's Republic of China and international copyright conventions:
- Platform interface design, layout, interaction logic, and visual elements
- Course copy, project descriptions, teaching guides, and guidebook content originally created by the Platform team
- QiChuangDao brand logo, the Seven Stars IP character images, and related brand assets
- Software code, algorithmic logic, and data structures developed by the Platform
- Audio, video, animation, and other multimedia content produced by the Platform
Without the Platform's written authorization, no individual or organization may reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes in any form. Fair use for personal learning, research, or appreciation purposes is permitted, provided the source is credited.
2. Intellectual Property Rights of User-Created Works
The copyright of original works you independently create and publish on the Platform (including but not limited to articles, artwork, audio, video, code, and project proposals) belongs to you.
By uploading your work to the Platform, you are deemed to have granted QiChuangDao a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use the work within the following scope:
- Displaying and recommending your work on the Platform
- Using the work anonymously or with attribution in Platform promotional materials
- Converting the format or making technical adaptations of the work to improve Platform services
The above authorization does not affect your right to freely dispose of your work outside of the Platform. You may delete your work at any time; after deletion, the Platform will cease displaying it, but previously generated certificate records will not be affected.
3. Copyright Notice for AI-Assisted Creation
The Platform provides AI tools to assist users in their creative work. Regarding copyright for AI-assisted creation, please note the following:
- Originality Requirement: AI serves only as an assistive tool. Your ideas, direction, revisions, and judgment constitute the core of the creative work. Copyright in original human-AI collaborative output belongs to you.
- Direct Use Restriction: Submitting AI-generated content as a final work without substantial human processing does not constitute a work protected under copyright law.
- Competition and Commercial Use Declaration: When using AI-assisted works in competitions or for commercial purposes, please comply with the relevant rules and proactively disclose AI assistance where necessary.
- Platform Disclaimer: If AI-generated content is found to be similar to pre-existing works by others, the Platform assumes no joint liability. Users are responsible for assessing and managing any associated risks.
4. Use of Third-Party Content
The Platform may reference or display content from third parties during its operations, including:
- Publicly available materials used as teaching examples, all credited to their original sources
- Licensed third-party fonts, icon libraries, and open-source components
- External linked content shared by users, the copyright of which belongs to the original authors or websites
If you discover a copyright issue with third-party content referenced by the Platform, please contact us through the complaint channel at the bottom of this page. We will investigate and take action as quickly as possible.
5. Copyright Infringement Complaint Channel
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright or other lawful rights and interests, please send us an infringement notice with the following materials:
- Your name / organization name, contact information, and proof of identity
- A description of the allegedly infringed work, along with its original link or proof of ownership
- The location of the allegedly infringing content on the Platform (page URL)
- An explanation of the nature of the infringement and your specific request
- Your handwritten signature (electronic signature is acceptable) and a declaration guaranteeing the truthfulness of your statement
Please send the above materials to: support@qichuangdao.com, with "Copyright Complaint" noted in the email subject line. We will respond within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint, and will promptly take down or otherwise address the content upon verifying the infringement.
Please note that if your complaint materials are false, you will bear all legal liability arising therefrom.
